Jay MacLarty has just signed a two-book, world rights deal with Simon & Schuster to extend the Simon Leonidovich series. The third book, LIVE WIRE, is expected to be released in April, 2006, and CHOKE POINT in January, 2007.

HOT DEALS – An entrepreneur turned thriller author, Jay MacLarty has just signed a two-book, six-figure world rights deal with Kevin Smith at Pocket Books for a debut called The Courier, starring a new series hero, Simon Leonidovich, and a sequel; his agent was Jane Dystel, and the first book will appear next year.
